Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Pulmonary Critical Care Physician, you will join a leading physician-facing organization committed to providing high-value, top-quality critical care across multiple dynamic hospital settings. This role offers an immersive opportunity to significantly impact patient outcomes in intensive care units, supported by robust administrative resources so you can focus on clinical excellence.
Every day you will focus on providing outstanding, quality patient care for adults, leveraging your dual expertise in pulmonology and critical care. You will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating complex respiratory conditions, managing critically ill patients, and seamlessly transitioning between inpatient and outpatient settings. This dynamic hybrid role offers the unique chance to follow patients through their continuum of care, from acute critical illness to long-term pulmonary management.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Eligible / Board-Certified Pulmonologist / Critical Care Physician with a dedication to providing high-quality care to patients with complex pulmonary and critical illness in a dynamic hospital environment.
- Conducting thorough medical examinations and tests to accurately assess patient conditions, both in pulmonary and critical care settings.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
- Managing critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including ventilation support and advanced life-sustaining therapies.
- Performing pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and critical care procedures.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Explaining patient conditions, health status, and necessary treatments clearly to patients and their families, fostering understanding and shared decision-making.
- Participating and contributing to comprehensive patient care discussions across both pulmonary and critical care services.
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in both pulmonology and critical care medicine.

Job Requirements
