Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our PRN Hematologist/Oncologist, you will provide supplemental coverage at CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group practices in London and Corbin, Kentucky. You will join a well-established, patient-centered oncology program supported by experienced clinical staff, advanced technology, and a collaborative multidisciplinary care team within CommonSpirit Health.
Every day you will provide high-quality Hematology and Oncology care through an established patient base and efficient clinic workflows. You may work from one to five days per week based on your availability, giving you meaningful control over your schedule while serving close-knit communities in southeastern Kentucky.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Hematology/Oncology physician who values flexibility, clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate patient care. This opportunity is especially well suited for a physician seeking supplemental income or a schedule that supports greater work-life balance.
We are offering highly flexible PRN scheduling, the option to work one to five days per week, supportive multidisciplinary teams, and the resources of one of the nation's largest nonprofit health systems.
Job Requirements
Required
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oncology
- Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Oncology care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and service to the community
