Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Hospitalist, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Lincoln, specializing in diagnosing and treating paitients making a significant impact on their lives and families.
Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of children and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Hospitalist, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
- Day Shift (7a-7p) 7 on 7 off (168 - 12 hour shifts)
- Average daily encounters of 14-17 patients per physician
- 16 Bed Open ICU with in person intensivist support
- Procedures are optional
- Accessible and Timely Specialty Consult Support

Job Requirements
- Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with families and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
