Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Gastroenterology Physician, you will join CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group, part of CommonSpirit Health, in London, Kentucky. You will practice General Gastroenterology in a supportive, patient-centered environment with a collaborative medical community, advanced technology, four endoscopy suites, and the opportunity to shape your practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Every day you will care for patients through an established practice supported by four physicians, five APRNs, CMAs, and additional staff. You will have access to an existing patient panel, a large referral base, integrated Epic technology, and minimal call, allowing you to build a busy practice quickly at a pace that aligns with your professional goals.
To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterology physician who values clinical excellence, compassionate care, collaboration, and service to the community. You will also be motivated by the opportunity to grow a high-performing practice within a stable, mission-driven health system.
We are offering a competitive salary guarantee for up to three years, followed by a lucrative production model, along with an additional quality-based bonus. The recruitment package may include up to $200,000 in incentives through a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, a residency bonus, and relocation assistance. Benefits include one week of CME with a $4,000 allowance, 33 days of PTO plus six paid holidays, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, potential eligibility for federal and state student loan forgiveness programs, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and retirement options through Fidelity with up to a 3% match plus an additional annual company contribution equal to 3% of salary toward a 401(k) or pension plan.

- Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of inpatient Gastroenterology care

CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group - Gastroenterology in London provides expert digestive health care using advanced, minimally invasive procedures. The team offers colon cancer screening, specialized ultrasound imaging to diagnose and treat digestive conditions, removal of precancerous growths, and care for conditions such as Barrett's esophagus.
The London gastroenterology practice is located at 1025 Saint Joseph Lane, 2nd Floor, London, Kentucky, and is connected to the broader CHI Saint Joseph Health network serving Central and Eastern Kentucky.
