Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Gastroenterology Physician, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Silverdale, Washington. We are dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, licensed, and compassionate physician, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care
- Stay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care
- The schedule is a 4-day work week, 7:00a - 5:00p
- Compensation is $600,000 - $731,545 /year
We are offering a guaranteed salary (24 months), a starting bonus ($50,000) and relocation assistance. Retirement plans include both 401(k) and 457(b).
Job Requirements
Required
- BC/BE in gastroenterology
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of Washington
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for the specific practice
- Strong clinical skills and experience diagnosing GI type issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and families
Preferred
- One year of experience is preferred
