Location: Clearwater, Florida - Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $300,000 base salary, depending on qualifications, plus quality-based performance bonus
Benefits: Full package - medical/dental, 401(k) match, paid malpractice, CME, license/DEA reimbursement
Schedule: No after-hours call, no weekend call, no hospital work
Patient Panel: Maximum 300 patients per physician, 5 visits per day

About Our Practice
For more than 25 years, Your Private Physician has been the first and most respected concierge medical practice in Tampa Bay. Our reputation has been built on lasting doctor-patient relationships earned through clinical excellence, integrity, and compassion.
Today, we have the privilege of caring for grandparents, parents, and grandchildren - a reflection of the trust we have built over decades.
We believe exceptional medicine is deeply personal. It begins with listening, understanding each patient's goals, and developing thoughtful, individualized care that improves both health and quality of life.
Our physicians care for a maximum of 300 patients, giving them the time to practice medicine thoughtfully rather than reactively. We blend the diagnostic rigor of Internal Medicine with Functional Medicine, taking a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to nutrition, metabolic and hormonal optimization, longevity medicine, and the restoration of physical performance, strength, resilience, and vitality.
We partner with patients who are motivated to invest in their health and embrace meaningful lifestyle change. Our physicians become trusted medical advisors throughout every stage of life - helping patients navigate everyday health concerns, coordinate specialty care, make complex medical decisions, and optimize long-term wellness.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive concierge primary care for a curated patient panel
- Deliver personalized, preventive, Medicine 3.0 longevity-focused care
- Integrate Internal and Functional Medicine principles into individualized treatment plans
- Interpret advanced laboratory and diagnostic testing across a range of medical technology platforms
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary partners
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Work full-time, on-site, with no on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (MD/DO)
- Active Florida medical licensure and DEA registration
- Interest in Functional Medicine; FM certification is a plus
- Experience in concierge medicine is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Outstanding clinical judgment and communication skills
- A collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
