UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN) in partnership with Johnston UNC is seeking a full time experienced Board Certified Primary Care physician to join UNCPN Johnston in Smithfield, NC. This practice meets and exceeds the challenges of providing care to significant patient needs with complex clinical management, patient complexities and chronic disease management.

Job:

• Acute care walk-in in addition to scheduled appointments
• Complex patient panel
• Quality Metrics/Improvement
• Lean Management
• Large patient population w/ chronic disease management
• EMR - EPIC

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine or DO school
• Board Certified - MD or DO
• Experienced Primary Care physician preferred
• North Carolina licensed or in process
• BLS certified

Compensation:
