Providence TrinityCare Hospice in San Pedro is seeking a full-time Hospice and Palliative Medicine nurse practitioner to join a comprehensive, multidisciplinary team. This position will be a fairly autonomous role and the clinical point person for this small Palliative Care program, which is part of a larger regional program. TrinityCare is known in the community for its outstanding accomplishments and company values. Conduct meaningful care and experience a healthy work-life balance from the city of San Pedro, California.

• Inpatient Palliative medicine and Hospice care

• Five day work week; some weekend rotation likely

• Hourly compensation and yearly metric based incentive

• 1 to 2 years of NP experience is highly preferred

Providence TrinityCare Hospice is one of the oldest hospice programs in the greater Los Angeles area, with a staff of 180 professionals who provide compassionate end-of-life care to more than 30,000 patients and families. It has received numerous commendations from the Community Health Accreditation Program for its innovative programs, excellence in community health care practice and quality performance. The facility consults and partners with all six Providence medical centers in Southern California.
